The library does not schedule events outside library hours, on Sundays, or on Federal holidays. For specific details, dates of availability, or to answer any other questions that you may have about meeting room usage – please call (575) 769-7840.

Study Rooms

The library has five (5) small study rooms available to the public. They are available on a first-come basis and cannot be reserved.

Ingram Room

Please review our Meeting Room Rules and submit a completed Application Form (along with the $100 deposit) in order to reserve the Ingram Room. Rental fees are $30 per hour (which includes any setup and cleanup) and are due at least a week before the event. Payments can be made in the form of cash, check, or credit card (requires a small processing fee).
