At the Help and Reference Desk, situated near the entrance of the library, staff is on duty to respond to any question or information problem that users may have. This can concern Library procedures, the functioning of library equipment or information systems used in the library, as well as factual and bibliographic queries. If the staff on duty is not able to provide an immediate reply, they will take down the question for further research.
